We want you to love our courses. If you're not satisfied with a digital course purchase for any reason, contact us within 15 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
Digital Courses
15-Day Guarantee
All digital course purchases come with a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, simply email us within 15 days of your purchase date and we'll process a full refund.
After 15 Days
After the 15-day window, refunds are generally not available for digital courses since you've had full access to the content. However, if you have exceptional circumstances, please reach out. I'm reasonable!
What Happens to Course Access?
Once a refund is processed, your access to the course will be revoked. If you change your mind later, you're welcome to purchase the course again at the current price.
Physical Products
Damaged or Defective Items
If your physical order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll either:
- Send a replacement at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund including shipping
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item (at our expense).
Change of Mind
For physical products where you simply changed your mind:
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- You're responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund will be processed once we receive the returned item
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, written in, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery
Bundles & Discounted Purchases
If you purchased a bundle or used a discount code:
- Full bundle refund: We'll refund the full amount paid
- Partial refund: If you want to keep some items, we'll calculate the refund based on the individual item prices minus what you're keeping
Gift Purchases
If you purchased a course as a gift and the recipient hasn't redeemed it yet, you can request a full refund within 15 days of purchase. Once redeemed, the recipient's normal refund rights apply.
How to Request a Refund

We typically respond within 1-2 business days and process refunds within 3-5 business days of approval. The refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
If you're unhappy with a purchase, please contact us first! We're committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first may result in delays and could affect your ability to make future purchases.
